This presentation will define the process known as human capital analytics or more generically, talent management. It will articulate research around the gaps in talent management today and will identify a set of 4 macro and 18 micro processes offering a universal and exhaustive approach to measuring human capital from the moment a person is recruited until they retire and all processes in between. Specific case studies in areas such as competency management, leadership development, employee engagement, and employee turnover will be cited.
